We purchased, furnished, and optimized this home specifically to be a short term rental. We offer many key amenities including: a large kitchen, spacious great room, high speed wifi, 4K smart TV. We highly value our guests' experiences and take feedback very seriously and have improved our home over time based on what our guests have told us. Our "row" home was originally built over 100 years ago. We have updated almost everything, however, the structure and layout have NOT changed. So, our home has LOTS of stairs which may be difficult for many people. Please be careful and use the handrails located on both sides of the stairs. Additionally, if you have an extra-long or extra-wide vehicle, you might have difficultly accessing the private parking pad behind the home because it is off of a tight street that is fully used most evenings. In addition to the parking pad, there is paid parking nearby which you can use if you have a XL vehicle.

Pros
Three big bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, clean, nice rooftop deck, convenient parking and neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. 

Cons
The apartment is a bit worn and in need of some updating.  The primary WiFi is not secured. 2nd WiFi is available, but login instructions were incorrect. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and small appliances but fell short with a few essentials.  There were just 3 forks and provided Keurig pods were mostly an assortment of odd teas and decaf coffee, only 2 caffeinated coffees for our group of 5 for our 3 night stay.  We brought backup coffee since the listing shows French press and pour-over but neither were available.  Daniel replied quickly to my concerns, but we didn’t receive any additional forks or coffee."
