On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept great room with soaring vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a center island perfect for easy meal prep and entertaining.
The main floor also features a lakeside primary suite with deck access, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide ample comfort for family and friends. Downstairs, the walkout basement includes a spacious game room and two more bedrooms with two full bathrooms, offering extra space to spread out and unwind.
Outdoors, enjoy a large lakefront deck, private sandy beach, and a composite dock with deep water access. Gather around the lakeside firepit for evening s’mores, or play a game of cornhole, volleyball or horseshoes on the flat, grassy 1-acre lot.

We stayed here for the Rumpus in Bumpass triathlon. We were able to do some practice swims behind the house in the lake in a nice no-wake cove. You're also just a mile from the marina where the event starts. And the house is on the bike route itself. We were a bit more focused on the event, but we'll probably bring more family next time. There's plenty for them to do from ping pong or other games in the basement to kayaking.
We had a great stay at this lake house on Lake Anna and would absolutely recommend it overall. The location is hard to beat—right on the water with tons of fish, which made for some really enjoyable fishing throughout the trip. The property also felt very private, which added to the whole experience and made it easy to relax and unwind. The host did a great job making sure everything we needed was available, and both check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the stay convenient for guests. There were just a couple of minor things worth noting. The coffee machine was a bit outdated and unfortunately not usable due to cleanliness, but we let the host know and they said they would take care of it. The outdoor area could have used a bit more upkeep as well—there were quite a few leaves and debris around, which ended up getting tracked inside pretty easily. Also, the walls are somewhat thin, so noise travels. Overall great.
The house and location were beautiful. We would gladly come back.
