Our fully equipped home is designed for effortless comfort, convenience, and fun—just bring your clothes and water gear. The spacious gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, a wine & beverage fridge, and all the tools you need to prepare meals for a large group. Coffee lovers will enjoy our well-stocked K-Cup selection.

Outdoors, enjoy a variety of gathering spaces including a deck, screened porch with fan, patio, and propane gas grill—plus seating for 10+ at the fire pit, private beach, and in the screened-in porch. The large, built-in smokeless gas fire pit is perfect for evening s’mores and stargazing.

Adventure awaits right in the backyard, where you’ll find great fishing, a soccer goal, and plenty of room to play. For more excitement, enjoy access to kayaks, water toys, and a full lineup of entertainment: ping pong, foosball, an arcade machine, PlayStation 4 (PS4) with games, Smart TVs, board games, books, and toys for all ages. We have one paddleboard, one two-person canoe, one single-person kayak, one two-person kayak, two kids kayaks, and two inflatable canoes available for guests' use. We also have life vests of all sizes (infant to 3X) available in the garage for guests' use.

The Waters community offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, beach, playground, and a marina—all just a short walk or 30-second drive away. **Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

The house was beautiful, looked recently built, new. Bathroom in the master BR was awesome. \n\nAs a bonus, there is a small office space you can work from as well as a small office in the master BR. \n\nWhat I loved was this was one of the best stocked houses we have been to. (Not that folks should take advantage of that - you should bring what you need) … plates, silverware, cookware, spices, cooking oil, wine glasses - it was everything you need to entertain. Kitchen was wonderful. Always look the Keurig coffee maker. \n\nDaniel was great. We had an internet issue because someone had accidentally severed the fiber optic line. It was fixed the next day. Something beyond Daniel’s control. Overall great house and made for a great trip." (10/5)
