Nestled in a quiet cove at the end of a cul-de-sac, this peaceful retreat features 160 feet of shoreline, a private boat dock, private beach, kayaks, fire pit, hammock, deck, and a game-filled basement. Located in The Waters with access to a pool, tennis, pickleball, beach, playground, and marina. Perfect for family fun, lake adventures, and relaxing in style.

Waters Retreat is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by woods, and nestled on a peaceful cove—offering privacy, calm waters for swimming and fishing, and scenic views in every direction.

Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 5 vehicles.

Our fully equipped home includes a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with K-cups, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Step outside to enjoy the private dock, boat house with screened lounge, propane grill, fire pit, hammock, and multiple spaces for lakeside dining and relaxing.

Waters Retreat is tucked into a peaceful cove at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering privacy, shade, and calm waters perfect for swimming, paddling, and fishing right from the backyard.

Additional Information:

• All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• 8 Adults Maximum
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
• No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
• No Pets
• Please supervise children in the Unfinished Basement.

Guest Requirements:
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
