**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

Beautifully furnished with only the finest pieces 
The kitchen is a masterpiece

The salt water pool, lakeside dock with pedal boat and paddle boards and kayaks 
Fun for everyone! 
We also took the host up on the golf trip at Cutalong (12pm away) - great course and super close to the house

The Marlin and other fishes on the wall along with other decor pieces and the round couch are missing. They said they would have the BBQ and pool ready. Upon arrival it was not. TV remote not working made the TV no use. Interior fire place not working. We asked them to comp us the 100$ per day to heat the pool as the place was dirty and misrepresented. They agreed. In the 2.5 days there, the pool heater did not work at all. It was below 60 and freezing and they had no solution. The dock was infested with spiders and cobwebs well beyond what would be considered "natural". They came quickly to clean it but it was still awful. They barely cleaned it. They use automated messages and don't actually check up or make sure the house is ready. Ran quickly to give us gift cards but never fixed the issues. BBQ was dirty. Felt lied to and place was neglected" (2/5)
