Lake Anna is about 1.5 hours from Richmond, 2 hours from Washington, DC, and 45 minutes from I-95. The home is roughly 10 minutes to the nearest grocery and gas, a short drive to local marinas, restaurants, and wineries. Free parking for up to 10 vehicles on the private driveway. The original two-car garage has been converted into a dedicated game room, so parking inside is not available.

If there's anything you need that isn't listed, please ask. Our home is fully stocked with a gourmet kitchen, plentiful outdoor spaces, a private dock, hot tub, fire pit, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi for those who need to balance work with play. We provide essential toiletries, kitchen basics, and a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Additional Information:

• All guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Maximum 19 guests.
• Free parking for up to 10 vehicles. No parking or driving on the grass.
• No events allowed without specific prior approval.
• Up to 2 dogs allowed per reservation (dogs must be 50lbs or less, neutered/spayed) - $150 non refundable pet fee per pet

Guest Requirements:
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

• $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
• $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry for an easy self check-in and give you space to enjoy your stay, but we're a quick message away if you need anything during your visit.
