A few property-specific notes for this home:

• Pets: maximum 2 dogs per reservation, 2 years or older, spayed/neutered, 40 lbs or less each. $250 fee per dog. Dogs must stay off furniture, with nails clipped before arrival and paws wiped on the way in. Owners are responsible for cleaning up outside.
• Security cameras: Ring doorbell at front entry and floodlight camera covering the backyard. No cameras inside the home.
• No smoking inside the home. Designated outdoor area only.

• All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• 8 Adults Maximum
• Free Parking for up to 4 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
• No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

Guest Requirements:
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

• $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
• $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
